eXo Cloud Workspaces is a free cloud-based social intranet. Based on eXo Platform 3.5, it provides tools that let you capture, organize and act on your team's internal knowledge, from a full-featured enterprise wiki, powerful document management system, forums, calendars and more.

Professional organizations can enhance communication by utilizing social networking tools, which allow colleagues to share updates about their work activities. But Cloud Workspaces lets you go beyond the basic chatter of activity streams, giving employees the tools to transform status updates into increased productivity.

Individual users gain personalized dashboards that can act as the starting point for all their online work, while teams and projects can have their own dedicated workspace to connect, share resources and collaborate.

Availability

Cloud Workspaces is currently in private beta. This means we're initially limiting the number of accounts while we continue testing the service and gathering feedback from users.
