Web Design
We are seeking User Interface designers for a full-time.
You will work with to concept and design user interfaces and interaction models
for both web and application based systems. You will take your work from concept through to production.
Requirement:
- Graduated as a Graphic Designer preferred.
- Exprienced in Web Design or Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
- Solid academic background in human-computer interaction or related field.
- One or more years experience designing user-friendly web-based interfaces including CSS, HTML, XHTML, FLASH.
- Practical knowledge of relevant W3C standards (XHTML, DOM, CSS, CSS2).
- Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to identify and correct GUI issues to the

- Approaches design conceptually and thinks about interaction systems, not just screens.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other UI development tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flash.

Java Development
We are seeking Java Developers for a full-time.
Requirement:
- Excellent Java development skills are required (Ideally 2-3 years) including Maven, Cruise Control, JUnit, SVN, JSF, .
- Strong knowledge of server-side coding
- Demonstrated experience in full life-cycle development is required.
- Portal development experience would be an added advantage.
- Open source development experience is a plus.
- Understanding of GoF Design Patterns & J2EE Design Patterns
- Excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting skills are required.
- Exposure to a formal development methodology (preferably agile an iterative approach to development, Continuous Integration, TDD).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Javascript Development
We are seeking Javascript Developers for a full-time.
Requirement:
Qualifications:
- Experience working on major consumer websites.
- Strong conceptual thinker who can take ideas and/or mockups and visualize how to execute in HTML with attention to detail for the design and user experience.
- Ability to work independently and make appropriate decisions.
- Ability to communicate in an open environment where constructive criticism is given and received to improve team and products.
- High motivation and self-direction in setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Passionate about web development and technology.
- Experience slicing, resizing and optimizing images for the web.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, Illustrator, Flash and other essential design tools and platforms.
- Mastery of HTML and efficient use of table structures.
- Expertise in cross-browser compatibility issues and thorough understanding of current HTML standards and best practices.
- Understanding of related technologies, including JavaScript, AJAX, DHTML and XML.
- 2-3 years minimum experience hand coding HTML, JavaScript, CSS

We are seeking Technical Writers - Process Documentation Writers for a full-time.
Requirement:
- Documentation writing and editing experience in the full project development lifecycle-from capturing and updating front-end requirements specifications to producing ongoing maintenance and training material.
- Experienced at document concepts and organization from original source material and engineering specifications
- Demonstrated capability for developing and following methodical documentation processes and standards.
- Proficient with Open Office software suite.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management.
- Experience developing online documentation using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, RoboHelp, and Dreamweaver.

Product Test
We are seeking Product Testers for a full-time.
You will work for both web and application based systems. You will take your work from concept through to production.
Requirement:
- Generation of Test Case and Test Scripts for System Level and Regression Level Testing.
- Execution and verifiction of Regression Level Testing of existing software.
- Execution and verifiction of System Level Testing of new software.
- Experienced in working with internal client representatives.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of personnel from technical to high level executive management.
- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent combination of work and education
- Understanding of the software development life cycle
- 2+ years of testing experience
