The Web 2.0 changed the way we are working and eXo Collaboration Suite brings innovative collaboration capabilities that deliver all Web 2.0 collaboration benefits to your portal. eXo Collaboration Suite offer increased team productivity by delivering collaboration tools, information and applications to specific audiences. eXo Collaboration Suite can be easily added to your portal, increasing its value and providing a reliable solution to your collaboration needs whatever the issues and challenges your company is facing.

After bringing an integrated platform for managing and distributing contents and applications thanks to its flagships products - eXo Portal and eXo ECM - eXo Platform is now able to deliver a new product: the eXo Collaboration Suite (CS).

This suite includes several applications all tied together:

  • eXo Mail
  • eXo Calendar
  • eXo AddressBook

This new product leverages the core platform including the eXo JCR module to provide a unique repository to store, structure and manage all the different types of content eXo Collaboration Suite will produce (contacts, events, tasks, calendars, email messages...).

The product is also built on top of eXo Portal that can be combined to eXo revolutionary interface: the WebOS layout that allows to place all the eXo CS applications, such as AddressBook or the Calendar ones, inside a web desktop and to glue all them in an elegant and intuitive way for any type of users.
