According to eXo’s maintenance program, the eXo Platform 3.5 series will reach its end-of-service-life (EOSL) milestone on September 30, 2015.
eXo Customers who still use the eXo Platform 3.5 series should be aware that they will no longer benefit from support services past this date. This means that eXo GSS will not handle any incident or request raised for this series.
Support for the eXo Platform 4 series remains valid.
To benefit from the full power and functionality of this product series, we encourage you to migrate. If you require any assistance in doing so, please don’t hesitate to contact your eXo Customer Satisfaction Representative. He will analyze your current situation and propose an accurate solution.
eXo Platform 4.2, the latest version, will ship by the beginning of July 2015 and become the current Active Minor supported version. eXo Platforms 4.0 and 4.1 will continue to receive standard support assistance in addition to critical bug fixes.
Finally, as you have probably noticed, we’ve improved our maintenance program. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with these provisions.
