Business functions look at the employee as an asset for a particular job.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The IT function is concerned with how the <strong>digital systems<\/strong> will be managed and maintained and how much this will cost. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.exoplatform.com\/blog\/internal-communication-definition\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>internal communications<\/strong><\/a> function is concerned with how efficiently it can <strong>push messages to the employees<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>The finance function is concerned with money and insurance.
