Turkey, mashed potatoes, pumpkin pie\u2026 everyone knows the key ingredients to a perfect Thanksgiving<\/strong> dinner.<\/p>\n

But how about the ingredients for the perfect Thanksgiving in the office<\/strong>?<\/p>\n

Thanksgiving<\/strong> is the occasion to be thankful for what we have and show appreciation. When it comes to the workplace<\/a>, one should be thankful for our colleagues if they\u2019re being helpful, \u00a0for our bosses for being compassionate yet challenging, for our clients for making the business run and sharing feedbacks so one can reach newer milestones.<\/p>\n

Although Thanksgiving<\/strong> focuses on the \u2018thanks<\/strong>\u2019 element, let\u2019s not forget the \u2018giving<\/strong>\u2019 part. One should consider sharing tips, giving advice and giving expertise to help others.<\/p>\n

To get into the holiday spirit, we can take the time to show thanks and appreciation for our colleagues, bosses, clients and partners but also give back to our community<\/a>. This is what will make the turkey dinner taste that much sweeter.<\/p>\n
