Ben Affleck<\/strong> is out as Batman<\/strong> and will not reprise his role as the Caped Crusader<\/strong> in Matt Reeves\u2019s reboot.<\/p>\n

The actor played the character in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice<\/i><\/strong> and Justice League<\/i><\/strong> but will now be passing the baton to a new actor.<\/p>\n

With this, the age of the \u2018Batfleck<\/strong>\u2019 is officially over and writer-director Matt Reeves<\/strong> is already looking for a younger actor in his 20s, or 30s at most, to play the superhero role. The next rendition of Batman<\/strong> is planned for 25 June 2021.<\/p>\n

According to Deadline<\/a>, Affleck<\/strong> worked hard on the<\/i><\/strong> Batman<\/i><\/strong> script but knew \u2018he wasn\u2019t the right one for this particular version\u2019.<\/p>\n

He also shared Deadline\u2019s article, writing that he was \u2018excited for The Batman<\/i><\/strong> and to see Matt Reeves<\/strong>\u2019s vision come to life\u2019.<\/p>\n

But the hottest part of the story is the fans who are making a lot of assumptions about who will be the next Batman<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
