Sharing the right information to the right audience is essential to efficient communication. That\u2019s the main reason that drove us to introduce Share Action in Documents<\/a>. eXo Platform 4.4<\/strong> is taking this one step further by making it more powerful.

\nThe new Share documents<\/strong> popup will now look like this:<\/p>\n

In addition to spaces names, user names are now also suggested as you type.<\/p>\n

\"Share<\/a><\/p>\n

Permissions to view or edit can still be granted, but you can now see who has which permission and remove or change permissions that have already been granted.<\/p>\n

\"private<\/a><\/p>\n

Sharing a document<\/strong> will trigger a notification on your preferred channels.<\/p>\n

\"List<\/a><\/p>\n

The notification contains a direct link to the shared document.<\/p>\n
