According to eXo’s maintenance program<\/a>, the eXo Platform 3.5 series<\/a> will reach its end-of-service-life (EOSL)<\/b> milestone on September 30, 2015<\/b>.

\neXo Customers who still use the eXo Platform 3.5 series should be aware that they will no longer benefit from support services past this date.<\/b> This means that eXo GSS will not handle any incident or request raised for this series.<\/p>\n

Support for the eXo Platform 4 series<\/b> remains valid.<\/p>\n

To benefit from the full power and functionality<\/b> of this product series, we encourage you to migrate<\/b>. If you require any assistance in doing so, please don’t hesitate to contact your eXo Customer Satisfaction Representative. He will analyze your current situation and propose an accurate solution.<\/p>\n

eXo Platform 4.2<\/b><\/a>, the latest version, will ship by the beginning of July 2015 and become the current Active Minor<\/i><\/b> supported version<\/b>. eXo Platforms 4.0 and 4.1<\/a> will continue to receive standard support assistance in addition to critical bug fixes.<\/b><\/p>\n

Finally, as you have probably noticed, we’ve improved our maintenance program<\/b>. Please take some time to familiarize yourself with these provisions.<\/p>\n
