You can install the product on premise. We can also host and manage your platform for you. Both options are available for Enterprise, Enterprise Plus and OEM offers. The Professional offer is available in the cloud only.

The features include activity streams, spaces, calendars, wikis, documents, tasks, chats, polls, forums and content management.

It is the ability to brand the interface to match your logo’s colors and change the default layout and all other customisations. These changes can be made via the administrator interface; they do not require writing code.

It is the ability to deeply customize your platform, connect it to your information system with prebuilt connectors or extend the software to match your specific needs.

We offer two levels of support: standard and premium. The standard level provides web support during standard business hours for three named contacts. The premium level provides 24/7 web and phone support for unlimited cases and five named contacts. Detailed SLAs for each support level can be found here.

We offer a 30-day refund for subscriptions purchased online. There are no refunds for services.

Open source means open code that your IT team can fully control. We sell an enterprise-ready packaged edition of an open-source eponyme project, eXo Platform. We also sell support and other services for this Enterprise edition.
