We offer three levels of support: basic, standard and premium.
The basic level provides web support during standard business hours for 10 cases per year and one named contact. It is ideally suited for our out-of-the-box Professional edition.
The standard level provides web support during standard business hours for 25 cases per year and three named contacts. The premium level provides 24/7 web and phone support for unlimited cases and five named contacts.

We offer a 30-day refund for subscriptions purchased online. There are no refunds for services.
Open source means open code that your IT team can fully control. We sell an enterprise-ready packaged version of an open-source eponyme project, eXo Platform. We also sell support and other services for this Enterprise version.
