We offer two levels of support: standard and premium. The standard level provides web support during standard business hours for three named contacts. The premium level provides 24/7 web and phone support for unlimited cases and five named contacts. Yes, maintenance is included in all offers. You get access to all bug fixes and enhancements developed for our customers in regular maintenance releases. For hosted customers, maintenance upgrades are planned with you and 100% handled by our team.
When security issues are reported our security team analyses the severity and prepares protective patches and instructions. When security fixes are ready, a security advisory is an early notification before we make the fixes publicly available. The security advisory is a comprehensive list of security issues, risks and remediation instructions, including access to patches to protect your system. For peace of mind, security patches are automatically applied by our team for hosted customers.

We offer a 30-day refund for subscriptions purchased online. There are no refunds for services.
