Introducing New Pricing Plans for eXo Cloud
Last December, we introduced eXo Cloud Premium, offering new capabilities and services that allow users to quickly handle and start using a social collaboration platform. Over the past three months, we have been listening to you, and based on your feedback we have introduced a new level of flexibility into our pricing options.
Today, we are happy to announce new Premium purchase plans that allow you to find the perfect fit for your organization.
New Plan Options
Monthly: Enjoy the flexibility of a month-to-month subscription for $3 per user seat.
Annual: Our most popular plan just got a price drop to $30. Subscribe for 1 year, get 2 months free!
3 Years: Tired of recurring billing payments? Buy 3 years upfront for $72 and get 1 year free!
All of our plans include:
- 1GB increased disk storage per user
- Prioritized support from the eXo help desk
- Access to upcoming add-ons and features
Don’t have an eXo Cloud workspace yet? Why not sign up for free, explore the entire platform, and when you’ve made up your mind, pick the Premium plan that suits you best!
If you are already an existing Premium user, you will of course not be forced to switch to a new plan. You can stick with your current plan as long as you want! And when you feel the time is right, simply go to your buy page and update your subscription in a few clicks.
Update a Plan
Update your plan in two steps:
Step 1
On your Buy Page, click the Update my Subscription button and select your new plan.
Step 2
Select your new plan: Annual or 3 Years.
Your bill preserves the number of user seats currently available for your workspace. You are free to keep the same value or to increase it on your new commitment. If the update is done before the end of your current subscription, a prorated refund will be applied to your bill.

Well, here’s a little something extra: you can now choose from 12 languages for your workspace! Simplified Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese-Brazilian, and Turkish are now available in eXo Cloud.
