For the past 20 years, Carlos has been notching up successes in the field of innovative start-up development. At the age of 23, he co-founded Reflect Digital Agency acquired by Emakina Group. He then created BlueKiwi, which has become a European leader in social networking solutions for businesses, and was subsequently sold to ATOS.
Currently, Carlos is leading The Refiners, a cross-border funding programme based in San Francisco, which helps international startups to thrive in Silicon Valley.
