- Juzu: An open source web framework created by eXo. Its aim is to allow developers to build powerful web applications while emphasizing simplicity and type safety.
- Bootstrap: This open source project from Twitter is a hugely popular front-end web framework for designing websites and web applications. eXo leverages Bootstrap to develop its own design.
- XWiki: An open source enterprise wiki application. The wiki module found in eXo Platform is powered by this capable wiki solution.
- CKEditor: An open source web text editor. eXo Platform embeds this editor in many places such as its forum post composer, its web content editor and more.
